Trusted Coaches
The Trusted Coaches program is a comprehensive membership program that offers essential training, education and screening necessary for a youth coach via a nationwide criminal background check‚ first-aid training, concussion instruction and Positive Coaching Alliance Double-Goal Coach® character education course. The Trusted Coaches program is delivered exclusively online (promoting 100% compliance) and provides the opportunity for a coach to complete the program at their own pace in the comfort of their own home. All head coaches are required to complete the Trusted Coaches program.

Umpires
AYBA strives to find, train and retain the highest quality umpires. Our umpires are local youth looking to make a difference as well as have a positive impact on young baseball players. We hold all umpires to a standard of excellence and professionalism that you would expect as a coach, parent or spectator.
If you would like to become an AYBA umpire, simply fill out the application below to submit to our Umpire Coordinator. We do not require previous umpire experience; however, some baseball knowledge is preferred. All umpires are paid by AYBA.

Registering Player for a Program
You are able to register a player for a program offered by Alexandria Youth Baseball Association. If you do not have a LeagueApps account, you will be asked to create one during the registration process. This tutorial has directions on how to create an account and register a player for a program.
Navigating and Using your Dashboard
This tutorial will walk parents/players through the features of the User Dashboard.
Adding Additional Family Members to Your Account
Users have the ability to add multiple family members to an account to allow multiple adults/guardians to receive emails from AYBA and coaching staff.

Fields
NORTHWOODS AND MINOR LEAGUE FIELDS
AYBA utilizes the two fields at Woodland Elementary school. There are also 2 batting cages available.
MAJOR LEAGUE FIELDS
AYBA utilizes Discovery Middle School softball fields.
