Overview
Registration for the summer American Legion Baseball teams will open on March 10th. Once registration is live, you will need to create an account or sign in to your LeagueApps account to complete your player’s registration.
General Legion Information
Registration for summer legion teams will open on March 9th 2026. Registration will close April 15th 2026. You must create or sign into your LeagueApps account to register your player, once registration has been opened.
Please read all registration screens, waivers, and agreements carefully before submitting your player’s information. Parents may choose to pay the registration fee online or mail in a payment. Please refer to the registration page for full details.
REGISTRATION
Legion Registration - Opening Monday March 9th
If the Player Fee is a hardship for a family, please visit with Troy Putnam, Board President, as the Board has a scholarship fund and process for application. We do not want funding to be a reason for a player not to be able to participate in AYBA Baseball.
As part of the player fee, parents receive free entrance to all AYBA tournament events. (This does not include a district tournament that we may host.) Limit of two free entrances per game.
TEAM PLACEMENT
All players will register for American Legion Baseball and will be placed on a team closer to the start of the season. You do not need to select a specific team during registration.
REQUIRED FORMS
All players registering for American Legion Baseball, regardless of team placement, must print, complete, and submit Form 2 to their coach.

VOLUNTEER HOURS
Each year, parents of high school and Legion players are asked to complete a designated number of volunteer hours.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Taking tickets at home tournaments
- Working in the press box/working the scoreboard
- Working concessions
