High School/Legion
OVERVIEW
Alexandria host three different American Legion Baseball teams.
Junior Red: Junior Legion that consist of players that will be sophomores the following year.
Junior Black: Junior Legion that consist of players that will be juniors the following year.
Alexandria Post 87: Senior Legion team consisting of graduated seniors and going to be seniors the following year.
Coaches have the discretion to move players from particular grade levels to different teams as needed. This is adjusted on a year to year basis.
Seasons for each team begin after the High School season has completed. Each team plays around 30 - 35 games each summer.
Registration for these begins in March of each year.
