Reminders for Travel Evaluations – 9/8/24

Hello parents!

Travel Evaluations are on Sunday! Here are a few reminders to help with the event.

 

1. Players should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. This will give players time to get checked in and warm up. Players should bring their glove, bat, cleats/tennis shoes, water bottle and helmet.

• Players will be evaluated on hitting, pitching, fielding, running and throwing.
• Catchers are evaluated separately for 13 & 14U groups only. Players interested in being a catcher should bring their gear.

 

2. When you arrive, please check in at the registration table; located near the right outfield gate & batting cages. Players will be asked their name and will receive a number that they must wear at all times. This is how the evaluators will identify each player during drills.

 

3. Evaluations will be closed to parents and spectators. Parents and spectators can wait in their vehicles or leave and return toward the end of evaluations. We anticipate each group to take an hour and 45 minutes.

5. Location – see attached map for field location. Registration table/tent will be located where the X is on the map.
